A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on January 28, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. local time at AlexRenew, 1800 Limerick Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, Conference Room EC600. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is required. Bidders must report to the address above for registration a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the time set for the pre-bid conference and on-site inspection.

The Centrate Pretreatment Project will upgrade the CPT system to simplify the system operability and maintenance. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to demolishing selected equipment, replacement of existing equipment with wall-mounted baffles, aeration panel diffusers, positive displacement blowers, decanters, submersible pumps, external fed wedge wire screens, and Anammox retention screens. Other work includes expansion of a mezzanine area, HVAC relocations, and demonstration and commissioning of the new CPT system.
