Pursuant to the terms of §2.2-4303(E) of the Code of Virginia, AlexRenew has awarded a contract for the above-named goods and services with the awardee on a sole source basis, as of the date noted above. AlexRenew has determined that the awardee is the only practicably available source, which justifies the obtaining of the services without the process of a competitive sealed bid or competitive negotiations for the service to be procured.
